I made these last night, they were so yummy! I am a big fan of Rolo's! I got the recipe off of Becoming Betty. Try them!
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
2 1/2 c. flour
48 pieces Rolo candy
additional sugar (I used Wilton sugar sprinkles)
Cream butter, sugar, brown sugar and eggs. Add soda, vanilla, cocoa and flour, mixing well. Wrap dough around the Rolo's and roll in sugar. Bake at 350F for 8-9 min. Enjoy!

Those look so awesome!!! I'm going to have to try them. I have a similiar recipe that is Peanut Butter Cookies with mini peanut butter cups in the middle and then you melt chocolate and peanut butter together to put on top!!!
