Dutch Oven Peach Cobbler

Mix together in dutch oven OR you can use a large saute pan with lid:
2 quarts canned peaches
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. tapioca

1 yellow cake mix, sprinkled on top
1 c. brown sugar
1/2-1 stick butter, cut into pats, placed over cake mix

Do not stir cake mix into peach mixture, but take butter knife and "cut in" the dry mix into wet just so when baked it is not one large layer of crust on top. Bake covered at 350F for 1 hour.
