Cheese Dip

From the kitchen of PJ

1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 16 oz. carton sour cream
1 16 oz. carton small curd cottage cheese
3/4 c. finely grated cheddar cheese
1 can black olives, sliced and drained
3 green onions, finely chopped
3-4 slices of pickle (hamburger slices) finely chopped
2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. celery salt

Soften cream cheese, add sour cream and cottage cheese. Mix well. Add cheddar cheese, fold in. Add in rest of the ingredients. Chill in fridge for about 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to mix. We like to eat with Wheat Thins, but is also good with plain potato chips or veggies!

*I use "light" cream cheese and sour cream to save on calories, we tried "fat free" once and it didn't taste good at all! It is a little fattening but really good...as long as it is once in a while!
